GENERAL

Q: Where are you located?

A: Genuine Apparel Factory (Genuine AF) is located in Los Angeles, California but is operated as an online store only.

 

Q: Where do our products come from?

A: All products are made to order. We are partnered with production facilities here in the U.S and in China.

 

SIZING

Q: How does sizing work? 

A: All products are in Standard US/EU Sizing and have size charts available in the product description. Please use these charts to determine your best fit.

 

Q: How do the size charts work?

A: There should be a size chart available on all items. If there is no size chart, please let us know and we will take care of this immediately.

 

All charts are in inches and centimeters.

1 inch is equivalent to 2.54cm

*Please allow for 1-3 inch (2.54-7.62 cm) error as most items are measured by hand.

 

Q: Can you help me with sizing?

We recommend sizing up to those who may want a looser feel and sticking with your normal size for those who want the slimmer look.

*when it comes to sizing choice it is a good idea to take an item of clothing (sweatshirt, t-shirt, hoodie) that you already own and compare the measurements.

 

SHIPPING

Q: Where do we ship to?

A: We currently ship everywhere. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING anywhere in the U.S. Shipping fees may vary everywhere else depending on the product and the location.

 

Q: How long is order processing?

A: It is generally 5-10 business days for production time (1 - 3 weeks)

*all products are made to order and are processed as soon as possible.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is generally 7-12 business days (after production)

*processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during the holidays as order volume increases.

**shipping to CANADA & EVERYWHERE ELSE may take slightly longer.

Q What about shipping multiple item orders?

A: As previously mentioned we have partnered with production facilities in the U.S. and in China. As a result, when ordering multiple items there is a chance that your items will be shipped to you from different facilities thus different shipping schedules.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your items are ready to be shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details of your order, or you can use "Track Your Order" located on the home page. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@genuineapparelfactory.com

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@genuineapparelfactory.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

A: At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@genuineapparelfactory.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
